I absolutely love pita chips, but they tend to be expensive. I have never thought to make myy own. Thanks for the great idea!

Katie you are so right they are expensive. I have seen them for almost $4 a bag at times. We have a Mediterranean store here in Houston that makes them fresh all day long. What’s really fun is you can watch them being made they come out of the ceiling on a conveyer belt. They are 12 inches wide and you get eight for $1.50you cannot beat that.
