If I said I was enthused about menu planning this week I would be lying. After a less than stellar weight loss last week I realized we have to buckle down and eat at home and avoid eating out. We ate out a lot last week. We made cook choices for the most part, but I think eating out was a major downfall to our weight loss nevertheless. Our AC is on the fritz right now. They are supposed to fix it on Tuesday, and I hope that makes a difference. It’s just too hot in the house for the most part to have any desire to cook.
