What's On Your Plate Today?
Good Morning everyone!!
Yes, Coffee with Colie is BACK! As of yesterday my finals are over and I am finally on summer vacation and ready to the fun to begin. Don’t get me wrong we don’t have a lot planned for the summer, but that’s OK I am just happy to have the summer off from school.
I did really well this semester, but I must admit this semester was hell. I just didn’t seem to have time for anything, and I couldn’t get into the semester … does that make sense? Oh well, all’s well that ends well. Once my final grades post I will be relieved.
My goals this summer are to lose a lot more weight, get organized, purge crap around my house, workout like a crazy person, and find a deeper inner me. I know that might sound crazy, but I am feeling a need to find what’s missing in my life. I feel imcomplete for some reason so I am on a mission to figure out what needs to be fixed or what void needs to be filled.
So how is everyone? I am so overwhelmed by all the new people posting and following us on Facebook! How great is that? I love meeting new people and getting to know you all. I have a ton of new recipes to post this summer that I think everyone will love. I have a new goal of posting all the nutritional information as requested by a few readers watching their figures, or like me trying to find their figures.
Speaking of figures... keep an eye out over the next few days for a lot of great giveaways that I think you are going to like… giftcards, gift baskets, sugar free goodies, on yeah and how about some cereal? Wahoo!!
