Menu Plan Monday 5/7-5/13/2012



I am so proud of my family because we haven’t eaten out at all for any meal what so ever for 8 days. Like I said before that may not be a big deal for most, but for us it’s huge! We did great with MPM last week. We skipped a few of the meals which we will be having this week, but we still only made what we could cook ourselves.

I have my last two finals this week so dinner will be super-duper simple so make sure we are not tempted to eat out! 8 days down and 27 more no eating out days to go. I thought it was going to be tough but it really hasn’t been. I think we have all come to the realization that the only reason we would run out and pick something up to eat was because we just didn’t want to be bothered cooking. It wasn’t even that we wanted anything out. We were just been lazy! It’s amazing how much money we have already saved and how much better everyone is feeling if nothing else just better about ourselves.
