My goal is to keep the cooking easy and to a minimum this week. I am going to be relying on food in the freezer than can be repurposed or the crockpot to do all the hard work.
I don’t have a lot going on this week but there are a lot of projects that I would like to tinker with. We are going to a BBQ Baby shower Sunday so I don’t know if we will be need to eat dinner by the end of the right, but just in case we have a plan in mind. If not we will just have meatloaf the next day.
