Penna Gourmet Foods Review

Recently I was introduced to an amazing gourmet olive product line called Penna Gourmet Foods. Penna Gourmet Foods is a family owned farm who is the grower, packer and processor of gourmet olives that have been in business since 1979. They do it all. This insures that their products are up to their standards because they are presents for the entire duration of the olive process.  

One aspect of Penna Gourmet Foods that I find fascinating is that they provide fresh olives to cure at home for the people who enjoy the art of home processing and canning. How fun does that sound? I love canning, but I have never thought about canning fresh olives.
