I won’t be sad to see week #6 of the Summer Sizzle go down in history. It hasn’t been a great week. Don’t get me wrong I am doing great when it comes to my calories, but I have been having a lot of trouble getting my butt going for a work out. I have only worked out twice this week, but plan on working out each day for the remainder of the week. Sunday is our weigh in. I hope that’s enough. I don’t know where my motivation has gone this week. I suppose I just haven’t been mentally in it and my body has felt tired if that makes sense.
At least I am staying below my calories. That is something to celebrate I suppose. It’s still working towards my goal, and better than I was doing before week #1! I have been really tired this week. Getting to bed late, not being able to sleep at night, then sleeping late when I finally do fall asleep. My hours are all messed up!
I am hoping to see a two pound loss this week, but that might be wishful thinking lol. Anything is possible right? I am planning on a good workout for the next few days. Maybe that will be what I need to start feeling myself again!!
