Summer Sizzle Week #4 Weight In: 3.4 lbs DOWN!!!




I am so pleased with my weight loss this week. I lost 3.4 pounds!! That makes 12.4 pounds in month #1 wahoo!!!  Has it been easy? Nope not at all! Have I worked my tail off? Yes I have! Was it worth it? Yes it was! How do I feel? AMAZING!!     

I am so excited to see that number. I anticipated it was going to be good because I really did work hard, but you just never know until you hop on the scale.
How did I do week #4? Well not bad, I worked out 4 hours and 42 minutes this week, and burnt a ton of calories. I am surprised in some ways because I didn’t workout as much as I should have. I just couldn’t seem to get into my workout this week. I was just feeling sluggish.

I went out to lunch twice this past week and dinner once. For the most part I made good decisions! I stayed under my calories all week and considering I ate out a few times that is a great victory for me.

Where I failed for week #4 and Month #1 was in the water department. I just can’t seem to get enough water in, actually not even close.

July Monthly/Week #5 Goals
I have a lot of goals for this month and for this week, but they are pretty much one and the same. I hope I see the same results next month if not better. Since one of the weeks this month had to be counted as a loss for me because of being on vacation I am hoping to see a better number for July.

I am going to try very hard to get a gallon of water in a day. I can’t help but believe that will help me stay hydrated in this terrible heat, and I know it will help flush all the crap out of my system.  I think it will help me if I keep water bottles in the refrigerator at all times. I think if I always have something cold on hand it will help me to drink more. I am just not a fan of water but I am going to try.

Once again my goal is going to be to stay within my calorie range for the day which is 1500 calories. I am also going to try to incorporate more salads into my day. I am going to try and have a salad for lunch each day this week as a way of helping to incorporate more veggies into my diet and to eat lighter.

I am looking forward to this month’s weight loss. I am also looking forward to getting into a pair of tight jeans by the end of the month! Now that’s an awesome goal!!

It does pay off, I'm down 27 lbs and only 3 from my goal. I started in January. It does take time but you will really get excited when you have to buy another jean size! Keep going!
