Summer Sizzle Week #6 Weight In: 2.8 lbs DOWN!!!


I am late with my weight loss post because I was just busier than I anticipated being today.  I am happy to report that I lost 2.8 pounds that means I have lost 19 pounds so far!! That is an exciting number for me because I really didn’t work as hard as I should have during week six challenge. Once again I failed when it came to the water and I didn’t workout as hard as I should have. I got 3 hours and 22 minutes in this week I was hoping for more.

I wasn’t feeling good most of the week. I think my husband and I both had a little bug. I felt sluggish and nauseous all week long. I wanted to get my workouts in early in the day but I never managed to.  I would put them off as long as possible. I hate that…
Moving on!

This week’s goals:
  1. I plan on working on my water intake this week
  2. Working out 6 days this week
  3. Staying within my calorie intake
  4. NSV clean up my house and clean out a bunch of crap that has been stacking up.

Bugs can certainly take the wind out of your sails, even little ones. You're doing great on your loss, though, so keep up what you're doing!
