After last week’s gain of 3.2 lbs I started the week off mentally devastated. I had no desire to bust my butt because I felt so defeated. I spent Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday feeling sorry for myself and letting it get to me. On Wednesday I had enough of the feeling sorry for myself and deiced that if I wanted those extra pounds to go away plus see a loss I had to start working it off. It wasn’t going to go away on its own, and it didn’t! I weighed in on Wednesday and those pounds were still there so it wasn’t a fluke that they showed up on the scale.
I wanted those three plus pounds gone plus more but that would mean I was going to have to do killer workouts, and I did!
I worked my tail off and lost 5 pounds!!! That makes 20.8 pounds so far!!! I am really excited to see the loss and I am looking forward to week #9 WOW I never thought I would be saying that! I have never made it to week #9 before!!
I hope everyone else on the challenge is doing well.I would put my goals and all of that but they are the same each week nothing changes except I just keep pushing forward!!
