Week #8 Is Almost Over



This week has not been a fantastic. It’s been drama filled and stressful. I think the biggest thing is I am just tired so everything is getting to me, and seeing people for who they are is draining me too.  I hate that. I hate when my week should be a simple and easy one, but instead it’s a disaster and mentally draining.


I have done OK with my eating, but my workouts have been terrible. I have only gotten 75 minutes of working out in this week.  How horrible is that? I just haven’t had it in me. I have been so busy that I haven’t stopped to take time for myself. I have to get back in the habit again because it’s so important for me to do.  I need it for so many reasons. It helps me relax, disappear for a while and it makes me feel so much better. Finding that happy medium and balance in life is not always easy, but it’s necessary.


I am hoping to do a lot done in the remainder of the week but somehow I need to get in another 235 minutes in this week to make up for where I have lost time this week. Almost four hours isn’t too bad I suppose.


Well anyway I hope you all are having a better week than I am. Here is to a great weigh in on Sunday.
