This week has gone OK so far. I haven’t been as regimented on my calorie counting as I should be but I have been doing pretty well with my workouts. So far I am at three hours for the week, not great but at least I have worked out each day.
I have been kind of down in the dumps this week so it’s getting my mind to get over it and cooperate verses running to food as a solution to whatever crises I am trying to solve at the moment. Old habits die hard, but I am slowing killing them. (Very slowly)
This is probably the worst time to be writing this post because right now I am feeling blah and feeling sorry for myself and worry about my Mom. Verses having something positive to say I just want to dive into something I shouldn’t eat and I don’t have in my house anyway (thank God.) Once again old habits…
I am actually about to go workout. Maybe that will give me something else to think of verses wallowing in my pity party. I hope everyone else participating in the Summer Sizzle is doing well !!
