Week #10 Summer Sizzle Weigh In Result Down 2 lbs.




I am happy to report a two pound loss for week two. I would be happier if I had not gained two pounds during week #9 meaning I am back to even. I am very frustrated because the last four weeks have been gaining one week and losing them the next. I should be further along than I am. I know why and it's my own fault though! I take responsibility! 

I am not crying over losing almost 21 pounds nope I am super stoked about that very proud actually! My goal for week #11 and #12 is to really kick it into over drive and make it to my 30 pound goal for the Summer Sizzle challenge! I know I can do that I just have to bust my butt to do it.

I realized this weekend so many of my eating problems are in my head. I want something just because. It’s not that I am hungry it’s normally mental hungry pains more than anything. I hate that! I swear I think sometimes the mental pains far outweigh the actual 
hunger pains.

My week goals are simple water, water, water, 1400 calories no more, and exercising to my limit this week! My Goal.... Simple: 4.6lbs this week! NO LESS

Enough said!

I think with enough determination and hard work, you can reach that goal this week. You should be very proud of your weight loss so far - but I understand wanting to hit a goal you set for yourself in the beginning. I feel the same way! Hope you have a great week and keep those hungry voices in your head from sabotaging your goal this week. You can do it!
