So I didn’t make my goal of 4+ pounds last week (I didn’t think I really would, but I like to shoot for the stars) but I did lose 2 pounds and I am pretty excited about that. I actually only need to 7.2 lbs. now to make 30! I would love to do that by the end of the month which is also the end of the Summer Sizzle Challenge! I think it’s possible but it’s certainly going to take some work to do it.
I haven’t been as disciplined as I needed to be the last few weeks. I really allowed life to get in the way. For the month of August I am only setting at a loss of 4.2 pounds that’s not so hot! I would like to have been sitting at least 6 pounds.
The long and the short of it is I just need to get my act together and stop snacking in-between meals, cut way back on soda, increase my water, workout more, and I need to stop eating meals out. That’s killing me!
I did really well with my workouts last week. My goal this week is to push myself further and do some exercises that are out of my comfort zone. Considering just about everything is out of my comfort zone that shouldn’t be too hard for me to figure out you know what I mean?
My goals for week #12 (YIKES I can’t believe it’s week #12 how excited and I am still part of the group!!!) is to increase my water intake by far, ditch soda this week, no eating out (I am joining Kody on both of these). My NSV will be finishing up everything that needs to be organized around here before school starts!!
I am at a 22.8 pound loss so far!!! SHOOTING for 30 by September 2nd weigh in!!!
