Week #8 Summer Sizzle Result




Last week was a very bad week for me! When I saw a 2 pound gain on the scale this morning I wasn’t overly shocked. It upsets me I mean it REALLY upsets me.  I just can’t seem to get over 20 pounds and move forward.

What makes it worse is you start questioning yourself, and how bad you want it, and is it all worth it. Yes I want it, Yes it’s worth it, and Yes I know I can do it, but when I am feeling unreasonable all of those Yes’s are No’s ! I suppose that is the reason I am looking at a 2 pound gain.

I am not making excuses for everything going on in my life I am just being honest about where I am at.

My plan this week is to workout all 7 days including today. I normally don’t workout on Sundays but I am going to do it today. I need to get more water in my body! This is a desperate thing for me. I also need to work on my mood!!

Staying focused is probably one of the hardest things with weight loss. I feel your frustration and understand it all too well. The important thing is dusting yourself off after a week like last week and keep plugging away. You can do it. 20 lbs is awesome - just focus on working toward the next 20 no matter how long it takes. You can do it and it is worth it, because YOU are worth it.
