I recently had the opportunity to try Chobani Greek Yogurt. Chobani was nice enough to send me a sampler in the mail so that I could try each of their flavors and decide for myself if I like Greek yogurt, and better yet if I like Chobani.
This was my first time trying Greek yogurt. I didn’t realize there would be much of a difference between regular yogurt and Greek yogurt, but there is a big difference. Greek yogurt is much thicker. The consistency is thicker than sour cream so I wasn’t sure I was going to like it. Just the idea of it being that thick turned me off. I didn’t like Chobani at all… I actually LOVED It! I ended up really loving the thickness it makes the yogurt much hardier. I am always looking for filling snacks. Chobani now tops my list!!
Chobani is thick and creamy and has an amazing flavor. What I loved best was when I would get a flavor that had fruit on the bottom. Mix it up for a sweet, delicious, and filling surprise. Yum!
I have loved all of the flavors I have tried so far, but if I had to choose just one I would have to say that the pineapple is my favorite. It’s incredibly fantastic. I love the fruit on the bottom concept but I also love biting into a chunk of the pineapple as I am munching away. It’s a nice surprise!!
A friend of mine let me in on a yummy delicious Chobani twist. Take a vanilla Chobani and add 1 sweetener packed (I used Nustevia) and ½ tbsp. of cocoa powder for a chocolate Chobani Greek Yogurt!! OH MY! Yes! It’s that good!!
I didn’t think I would care for Chobani, but now I am a huge fan! Thank Chobani for the chance to try your wonderful Greek yogurt.
