Last week we didn’t even come close to following our menu plan. It was actually a pathetic attempt to be honest with you. Things were so busy and so crazy that we just didn’t even seem to have the time to eat at home. We were on the go all week.
I would like to say that this week was going to be different but it’s not. This week is going to be far worse and busier than last week. I am going to do my best to keep us eating at home this week when we can, but most of the week it’s not going to happen.
My mom is having surgery on Friday and will be recovering in the hospital this weekend. So I will be spending most of my weekend helping her out.
