This was honestly the hardest menu plan I have made in a
long time. I haven’t done much cooking in weeks because life has just been too
crazy and we haven’t been home most nights so actual cooking has been out.
I spent much of Sunday trying to get our menu plan for the
week ready and boy did I struggle. It really shouldn’t be that hard right?
I decided I wanted find a bunch of new recipes to start the
Fall with, that was probably my first problem with trying to get the menu plan
done. Starting things fresh is always harder right?
