This is my second assignment for the Secret Recipe Club and
I have to tell you I am having so much fun exploring all the new blogs that
have been brought into my world. I was lucky enough to be assigned KandK Test Kitchen this month. The day I received
my assignment I found my recipe and made it right away.
I was searching for a recipe to take to a baby shower. I was
just asked to bring something… no restrictions. I always like to bring a dip
because most people like dips and because they are easy to make and easy to
take and even easier to clean up.
I chose to make KandK Test Kitchen’s Spinach Artichoke
Dip. What I like about it is that it’s a light recipe. It seems all of us (or
at least all of us unlucky ones) are always watching what we eat. This recipe
is low in calories and high in incredible flavor. I have always loved Spinach
Artichoke Dip but this one is tops on my list because of the flavor isn’t lost
where the calories are missing.
This recipe was a huge hit at the baby shower. Once again I only got a few crackers worth of this fantastic dip because it was gone almost as fast as it was put on the table. When you tell people something is low in calorie they tend to go crazy because they don't feel as guilty.

Yum! Spinach and artichoke dip is one of those things where its dangerous to know how easy it is to make - now you will be eating it all the time! :)

Ohhhhhh....a low fat spinach artichoke dip! That sounds fantastic! I never make it b/c it is so high in fat. Definitely have to give this recipe a try! Great SRC pick!

Thanks for the comments ladies. I am having so much fun being part of the SRC. I wasn't sure I would at first but I am very excited to be marching towards my third post for the SRC.
