My husband and I both come from families that have been plagued with heart disease and even worse we both lost our fathers to heart attacks. With that being said we value our hearts and the hearts of our family.
It’s important to us to be heart healthy because we don’t want what happened to our fathers to happen to us and we think it’s important to pass that on to our children.
So how do we stay heart healthy? We eat right and we exercise. We live life to the fullest and we make sure to take care of each other. We take care of each other by watching our salt, fat, and calorie intake.
