Menu Plan Monday 1/2/-1/8/2012

 This is the first week of the Spring Chick Challenge.  Day one will be simple and not as low calorie as I would normally have while dieting. From Tuesday on I will have a low calorie menu. I have not had time to go shopping. I will head out Tuesday Morning!!
